Welcome to the AirTook™ Affiliate Program! By joining our Program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up to be an Affiliate, you accept and agree to these Terms of Service. AirTook™ may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued participation in the Program signifies your acceptance of any changes.
2. Account Terms
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and reside in Nigeria to participate as an Affiliate.
- Human Requirement: Only individuals are permitted; automated registrations are not allowed.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. AirTook™ is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your account.
- Account Usage: Each account is for personal use only. Sharing logins or maintaining multiple accounts is prohibited.
3. Affiliate Links and Marketing
- Unique Links: Upon joining, you’ll receive a unique replicated website. Use the provided links, banners, and graphics on your site and communications to promote AirTook™.
- Link Formats: Use the special link formats we provide for accurate tracking and referral fee accrual. Failure to use these formats may result in untracked referrals.
- Promotion: Affiliate links should direct users to the relevant product pages.
4. Referral Fees and Payments
- Earnings: Commissions are earned only through properly tracked Special Links. Payments are made once your account balance exceeds $20.
- Fraudulent Activity: Commissions earned through fraudulent or questionable methods will be disqualified.
5. Affiliate Identity
- Misrepresentation: Do not issue press releases or misrepresent your affiliation with AirTook™. You may not imply that you are part of AirTook™ or have any special endorsement.
- Self-Purchases: Avoid using affiliate links for personal purchases. Such activity may lead to the withholding of commissions and termination of the agreement.
6. Payment Schedule
- Frequency: Payments are made every Friday, provided your earnings exceed $20. If not, payment will be deferred until the threshold is met.
7. Customer Relationship
- Customer Rules: Customers who purchase through the Program are subject to our standard policies and procedures. We may alter our policies and pricing as needed, and we recommend not displaying product prices on your site.
8. Responsibilities
- Site Management: You are responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your site. Ensure that all content and links comply with relevant laws and do not infringe upon third-party rights.
9. Compliance with Laws
- Legal Adherence: You must comply with all applicable laws, including those related to marketing emails and anti-spam regulations.
10. Termination
- Termination Rights: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, you must remove all AirTook™ links and materials from your site.
- Account Suspension: AirTook™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any reason, including fraudulent activity.
11. Relationship of Parties
- Independent Contractors: You and AirTook™ are independent contractors. This Agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.
12. Limitation of Liability
- Liability Limitation: AirTook™ is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the referral fees paid under this Agreement.
13. Disclaimers
- Warranties: We make no warranties regarding the Program or products. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
14. Independent Investigation
- Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and are participating in the Program based on your independent evaluation.
15. Arbitration
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through confidential arbitration. We may seek relief in court for intellectual property violations.
16. Miscellaneous
- Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of The United States. Any assignment of this Agreement requires prior written consent. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and AirTook™.
Affiliate Disclosure
We believe in transparency and want you to understand our affiliate relationships:
- Affiliate Links: Some links on our site may be affiliate links. Clicking these links and making a purchase may earn us a commission.
- Commitment: We promote only products we believe in. Affiliate relationships do not influence our content.
- No Extra Cost: Using affiliate links does not cost you extra. The commission is included in the price you pay.
- Disclosure: We disclose our affiliate relationships to ensure transparency.
- Updates: This disclosure may be updated periodically. Check this page for the latest information.
