Overview
AirTook™ offers a range of membership plans designed to provide exclusive benefits, products, and services to our valued customers. This Access and Renewal Policy outlines the terms and conditions for accessing these benefits, the process for renewing or canceling memberships, and the options for purchasing individual holistic wellness programs outright.
Access to Benefits
- Digital Holistic Wellness Programs:
- Monthly Subscribers: Members with a monthly subscription will have access to digital holistic wellness programs only during the months in which their subscription is active. If the subscription is canceled, access to these materials will cease at the end of the current billing period.
- Annual Subscribers: Members with an annual subscription will have access to digital holistic wellness programs for the entire year, even if they choose not to renew after the year ends.
- Individual Program Purchases: Customers can choose to purchase programs outright at their original price without becoming a member. Upon purchase, these customers will have full, unlimited access to the purchased program(s) indefinitely.
- Physical Products (e.g., Supplement Bottles):
- Monthly Subscribers: Monthly subscribers will receive their allocated supplement bottles each month as long as their subscription remains active. Shipments will stop immediately if the subscription is canceled.
- Annual Subscribers: Annual subscribers will receive their monthly supplement allocation for the entire year, regardless of renewal status at the end of the year.
- Discounts and Perks:
- Monthly Subscribers: Discounts and perks are available only during the active subscription period. Upon cancellation, these benefits will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Annual Subscribers: Annual subscribers will enjoy discounts and perks for the entire year.
Renewal Policy
- Automatic Renewal:
- All memberships are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) to ensure uninterrupted access to benefits.
- Members will receive a notification via email 30 days before their subscription renewal date, reminding them of the upcoming renewal.
- Manual Renewal:
- Members who prefer not to use automatic renewal can manually renew their subscription through their online account portal before the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellation Policy
- How to Cancel:
- Members can cancel their subscription at any time through their online account portal or by contacting our customer support team.
- Upon cancellation, members will retain access to their benefits until the end of the current billing period. After this period, all access to membership benefits will cease.
- Refunds:
- Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds are provided for the remaining days of the billing cycle when a monthly subscription is canceled.
- Annual Subscriptions: Prorated refunds may be available for annual subscriptions canceled within the first 30 days of the subscription period. No refunds are provided after this initial 30-day period.
Retention Strategies
- Loyalty Rewards:
- Long-term subscribers may be eligible for loyalty rewards, such as additional discounts, exclusive content, or special gifts, as a token of our appreciation for their continued support.
- Incentives for Renewal:
- Members approaching the end of their subscription period may receive special offers or discounts as an incentive to renew their membership.
Purchase of Individual Programs
- Outright Purchase:
- Customers have the option to purchase programs outright at their original price without becoming a member.
- Purchased programs will come with full, unlimited access indefinitely, ensuring that customers can revisit and utilize the program material at any time.
